For me 2022 wasn’t about the incredible things I accomplished or all the beautiful places I’ve been. 2022 was all about getting out of my comfort zone.
We didn’t just buy a new house, we made a
choice that we felt would give our kids a better quality of life. A choice that meant committing to a lot of change.
It wasn’t just about sitting in a cold plunge or working out. It was about needing to push myself past my physical comfort zone in order to train my mind for the level of focus that I need moving forward.
😬 And this thing in the near future? The next pivot? The thing I’ve been working so very hard on this past year? It’s way out of my comfort zone! It has required me to give all my heart, all my mind, all my money 😂 and it’s pushing me in more ways than I expected. When it all gets scary I remind myself that it takes fearlessness to make dreams come true, to create the change I want to see in my life.
I hope you know that if there are things in your life that you want to change or if there is this thing in your life that you want to do— you can do it, but it’s absolutely going to require you to move past your comfort zone. It’s going to require you to stop fearing failure and start believing in yourself. Because at the end of the day, your biggest regret will not be trying and failing… it will be not trying at all.
Here’s to 2023! I love y’all. Thank you for being here on this journey with me every damn day. I cannot wait for our next adventure together! ♥️
