Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night fea

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night fearful of how fast time is passing. And then after an hour or so of scrolling through old videos and pictures, I remind myself that fearing the passing of time won’t help. Time will pass, it’s inevitable but 📍promising to take advantage of every moment, vowing to make memories every single day, and committing to being as present as possible—that will help.

The kids and I used the gluten-free mix this morning but honestly you couldn’t even tell these were gluten-free 🥞. She also makes a coconut banana mix. My Citrus Cranberry Sauce with Fried Walnuts 😋
1 bag of cranberries
1 cup orange juice (fresh if possible)
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 cup granulated white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 seedless orange, peeled and cubed
3/4 cup raw walnuts
oil for frying
Combine the cranberries, white sugar, orange juice and orange peel in a large pot. Bring to boil over medium heat until sugar dissolves and cranberries are soft and pop or split open. Stir a few times until mixture thickens.
Meanwhile, add walnuts to a small sauce pot and cover with water. Cook until walnuts are slightly softened.
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add nuts, they should sizzle immediately. Add brown sugar and fry. Stirring regularly. stirring regularly. Use a slotted spoon to remove sugar coasted walnuts, place in a dish and break apart when cool.
Add in orange pieces and fried walnuts to cranberry mix. Transfer to bowl or glass storage container. Place in refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours and up to 3 days.

📍Red Light Therapy is used by doctors, health spas, and physical therapists all over the 🌎 RLT has been shown to increase cellular energy by stimulating the mitochondria (which is responsible for producing the energy necessary for a cell’s survival and function). By increasing the function of the mitochondria a cell can make more ATP (the source of energy for use and storage at the cellular level). With more energy, cells can function more efficiently, rejuvenate, and repair damage quicker.
The first time I used RLT was back in 2016 and I remember buzzing all day. Devices were SO expensive back then but have since become more affordable. I got one last year and love using it for 10 minutes a day. I instantly feel more energized, I’m in a better mood and I sleep better.
