MAED Editors
There’s no denying that every January of a new year millions of people across the world are vowing to eat healthier. Sometimes the goal is merely to cut back, sometimes it’s about trying a new fad diet, and sometimes it’s is about implementing a new way of eating, which we at MAED believe is the best way to eat healthier. When it comes to eating habits, one of the most significant changes seen has been the growing popularity of Veganism. Plant-based eating has gone from being trendy to being mainstream.
