🥑 AVOCADO FACE MASK RECIPE

• 1/2 ripe avocado

• 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt

• 1 teaspoon of honey

Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth

Mix in the yogurt + honey until you get a creamy consistency (you can also use a blender)

Use a makeup brush or your hands to apply a thin layer to clean skin

Allow the avocado face mask to stay on your face for 15 minutes

Rinse with lukewarm water follow with a moisturizer

This is an easy, natural and safe DIY at-home face mask that you can do for yourself or enjoy with your littles. It’s gentle and fun for the kids while offering hydration and soothing benefits.
