I hit a private session in their gorgeous sun drenched studio in LA. Their trainer @dani_bcoleman was so kind + informative. Plus, she brought an A+ hip hop playlist (an absolute must for me). During our session she walked me through their unique equipment that powers the low impact, high intensity approach. This class is focused on functional movement for longevity.
