We’ve done this challenge before, but I am returning to it because we all could use another reminder to DRINK MORE WATER! When we incorporate more water into our daily routine, our skin is glowy and hydrated. Our body is better at eliminating toxins. We have more energy throughout the day, and we sleep better at night.
For the rest of January, I'll be exploring the integral part that water plays in our human design. We’ll be talking about the importance of this little thing called H20 and how it affects our body, mind, home, and planet.
First up, here are 3 easy ways to keep your body hydrated.
